Privacy Policy

We take children's privacy seriously and design Elly to collect as little as possible.

What we collect. Parent account details (email, name) and subscription status. Elly never asks children for personal information such as surname, address, school, phone or photos.

Voice. A child's speech is processed in real time to let Elly respond. Raw voice recordings are not stored unless a parent explicitly enables it in the parent controls.

Memory. Within a session Elly may remember simple details (like a favourite colour). Cross-session memory is off by default and controlled by the parent.

Payments. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.

Your controls. Parents can review settings, disable memory/voice retention and delete all conversation data at any time from the Parent area.
