Welcome to Elly the Emu. By creating an account and using our service, you agree to these terms.

The service. Elly the Emu is a voice-first animated companion for young children, intended to be used with parental supervision and consent. Elly is an AI character, not a real person, and is not a substitute for a parent, guardian or educator.

Accounts. You must be 18+ and a parent or guardian to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions. Elly Family is billed at AU$19.50/month after a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Acceptable use. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep Elly safe and available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
